Why build a career in end-of-line automation?
At TRF you work on end-of-line automation for food, beverage and CPG plants, on one team that covers the application review, engineering and build, installation, startup and support. Your work ends up on a plant floor, moving products and taking heavy lifting off operators.
The systems you would help deliver are robotic palletizers, case packers and conveyor systems, each built for the plant that uses it. See the robotic palletizing, case packing and conveyor systems pages to get a feel for the products.
How to introduce yourself
This page does not list open positions. To introduce yourself, call (913) 242-8019 and tell us your background and the area you are interested in.
What kind of work does an end-of-line automation project involve?
A TRF project is work done by people, from application review to support after startup. In practice, that work falls into these areas:
- Application and sales engineering: turning a plant's product, rate and layout into the right system.
- Mechanical, electrical and controls engineering: designing the systems and integrating them into customer lines.
- Assembly, installation and commissioning: building the system and bringing it to rate at the plant.
- Field service and technical support: supporting installed TRF equipment, remotely first and on site when needed.
