TRFCare is the preventive maintenance program for equipment supplied by TRF Industrial Automation: TRF palletizing, case packing and conveyor systems. It is not offered for machines from other manufacturers. Its purpose is to plan inspections and spare parts in one program instead of reacting to each stop. Plan details and conditions are presented to each customer for the TRF equipment installed at the plant.

Yes. Remote support is the first step for equipment supplied by TRF Industrial Automation: your team and a TRF technician work the issue together before anyone travels. When the issue needs hands-on work, a technician can be on site as soon as the next day.
What Is the Difference Between Preventive and Predictive Maintenance?
Preventive maintenance follows a schedule: inspections, adjustments and part replacements at planned intervals. Predictive maintenance plans the work from the condition of the equipment, so a part is changed when inspection shows wear, not only because the calendar says so. TRFCare is TRF's preventive maintenance program for the equipment it supplies.
Can a Service Plan Cover Equipment From Other Manufacturers?
