This page is where any visitor to trfautomation.com can exercise the privacy choices described in the [TRF Industrial Automation Privacy Policy](https://trfautomation.com/privacy-policy/), including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

## Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

TRF Industrial Automation does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still record an opt-out request at any time with the form on this page, and TRF will apply it to any future processing tied to your email address.

## Global Privacy Control

## Access, Correction and Deletion Requests

You can also use the form on this page to ask TRF to tell you what personal information it holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it. TRF verifies each request by matching the email address you provide with the information on file and responds within 45 days. There is no fee, and TRF does not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

## Authorized Agents

An authorized agent can submit a request on your behalf. TRF may ask for written permission signed by you and may ask you to confirm your identity directly before acting on the request.
